Unfortunately, my experience with Vitalina was very disappointing. I asked for a chestnut hair color and even provided reference photos in advance, but ended up with black. I was also charged an unexpected $20 additional fee, which was only shown to me on a calculator after the procedure — with no prior notice. To make matters worse, I nearly left with hair dye still on my face. Thankfully, another hairdresser stepped in to help. Overall, very unprofessional service
