Previously, I shared a negative review with this salon, but I decided to come back because I have always gotten good service. Everybody is super nice but I was so mad that my whole hair was gone and although I’m still missing my hair, I went back because I had to get it fixed. I wish I could remember, who helped me out but she was awesome. I was so pleased with her service. She was working with me through the haircut and I feel much better about it. I have been going to Jessica for 10+ years to get my hair cut/colored and I have never had a bad experience! I show her my inspiration photos/videos and it always turns out great. Everyone else at the Salon that has helped or that I have had interactions with are always extremely nice & helpful! I now live in Minneapolis, MN and schedule my hair appointments for when I will be back in Texas just so that I can continue going to Jessica!!

I had my hair done last Saturday by Frida. She was very nice however my hair turned out awful. I told her what I usually get done being that I used to be a stylist. She did not do well placing the highlights then lift the toner on for entirely too long resulting in my hair looking darker then it should have and my ends still very yellow.
