I recently moved back to AZ and the person who used to cut my hair was on maternity leave. I couldn't wait any longer to get a haircut so I searched Google for a new hair stylist. I live in North Phx so there aren't many openly LGBTQ+ friendly barbers/hair salons. I've been to Salon D'Shayn twice now, it's about a 25-30min drive for me but totally worth it. The Salon D’Shayn staff but specifically Lydia far exceeded my expectations. I have been growing out my gray, and had been left with brassy orange hair for almost a year. I had a consultation with Lydia and she said she could absolutely help. I honestly thought I would leave the salon just “not hating” my hair, instead I could not love it more! I cried when I got home and really looked at it. I am truly grateful to Lydia for making my hair beautiful! Thank you!! 💗
Took my 16 y/o sister here for a cut and Bao, her hair stylist, did a wonderful job. He was very personable and cared about what she really wanted, and she was happy with the results.
