Always a great experience
Vanessa was rough with my hair, and didn't even give me what I requested. My hair came out completely different from what I was imagining. Asked for ombré, and I was charged $600 for hair streaks. I could have dyed my hair like that at home for $10 or less, speaking from experience said I already had red hair streaks and was trying to go for something different.
