Not easy to get ahold of.. Theyve gone a bit down hill service wise and customer service wise.. Best just to drive out to Longview.. Last time I called i was told they'd call me back in a couple minutes and a hour later I called in just for them to switch from having a opening to not having a opening.. Really disappointing :(
