This is officially my new go-to salon! I was welcomed the moment I walked in, and the atmosphere was so positive and uplifting. If you’re looking to get your hair done, I highly recommend Sophia—she’s incredible! I called ahead and was told $12 for a soak off and gel removal. This is all I needed. No additional services were needed. When I arrived, the tech just popped my nails off (painfully) and drilled the gel off my toes—no soaking at all. I was charged $22. My nails still have acrylic left in certain spots...After a year of coming here, I won’t be back. The quality just isn’t worth it anymore and the nails do not last.
Move to fast so everything looks rushed. My nails have air bubbles the next day after having them done. Very pricy and don’t explain prices. Every time I come I get the same thing and the price seems to be different every time. Have wonderful customer but need to slow down.
i’ve been going to these people since i was younger, this is my first time experiencing this with them. they rushed on my eyebrows & ripped it off, so now i have a bald spot. very rushed & unprofessional!
