Jen is absolutely the best. She is a talented and amazing person.
So disappointed with this salon. The haircut but more importantly, the customer service and the refusal of refunding a $85 haircut on a botch hair cut. I went to Salon Cordero yesterday as a treat to myself before vacation to help cut the back of my hair. Avoid at all costs!!! Absolute sham of a business with horrible customer service. Zero loyalty to longtime customers and zero care for customer retention. All they want is your $$$. Find somewhere better, trust me.
