I had a haircut with Shyla yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She texted me ahead of time to let me know she was going to be a little late, which I really appreciated — it showed how respectful and professional she is. During the appointment, she took her time and made great suggestions for my haircut, and I absolutely love how it turned out.
