Really upset about the ignorance that occurred from my most recent hair appointment, unfortunately. I asked my stylist to lighten up my hair A LOT and after a week, I just was still not happy with how dark it still was. So I called and talked to the front desk person and asked very nicely if I could come back in and get a few more highlights done. The ladies here are wonderful and I absolutely love this place unfortunately I will not be returning, I usually get blonde highlights and this time went full blonde I knew it would be a process ,with that being said I never thought I would leave with orange and taxicab yellow hair,no apology ,no we can fix it or fix it next time ,no acknowledgement, when I called to let the stylist know I got no return call,no text absolutely no acknowledgement of the situation at all the receptionist was the only one who said sorry the styl... read more
