I go to Celeste for my eyebrows. She’s amazing. I’ve been going to Celeste for 10 years and the only time I haven’t is when I lived in California and Florida. I tried places in those states and no one was as good as Celeste. She shapes them perfectly and is a pleasure to chat with. Now that I’m back in the area I go to her regularly and my eyebrows look flawless. Highly recommend!
