I had a horrible experience. Karissa was very unprofessional and rude. She did not honor my appointment, had no remorse, and threatened me. I let the situation go, but months later my hair is falling out in chunks because she applied too much heat to my hair and fried it. Plus, she cut my hair with one hand while on the phone, smh. When you look at the screenshots, she only spent 5 minutes cutting my hair and said she didn't charge me for the "haircut." I do not recommend this salon!
