I have been a client of Sang Nae's for over 20 years, and I can honestly say she gets it right every single time. Whether it's a cut, color, or styling, I have never left her salon disappointed. The lady who cut my hair was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude. She complained about my hair's thickness and said she would charge extra. After the haircut, she forced me to tip, which was off-putting. Tips are earned, and I don't reward bad behavior. Never went there again, and I found a better hair salon with better service in Gainesville.
Today was my first time experiencing Salon CK. Impressed is an understatement. The salon is easily accessible, clean, calming and very welcoming. Sang Nae listened to my concerns, reviewed my sample photos for desired style and gave recommendations. My hair came out better than I expected. I will be returning. Beautiful color work! Lovely cut and blowout. If you want a true salon/spa experience, don’t hesitate to make an appointment.

This is the worst salon to come to. I came in asking for cool toned blonde balayage and left with orange/ very warm caramel chunky highlights that were very streaky at the top. I came back for my hair to be fixed and told her how much I disliked it and she said “I don’t know what to do,” and left me sitting in the chair with a horrible hair color. I paid $280 and when I asked for a refund, she refused to give me my money back. Please do not come here. Save your hairs health, your money, and your time.
