I have been going to Citi Salon for more than 8 years. Ismail is really very talented and super in any type of hairstyle I need. I would never stop going to Ismail as long as I live. I do encourage every lady to go to Ismail at Citi Salon. He is such a genuine person.
I saw Ismail for a cut and color. The color is gorgeous, the cut is terrible. I was very clear that I wanted long layers and no bangs, and he cut it much shorter than we agreed on. Additionally, no heat protectant was added prior to blow drying my hair and my color was washed out with hot water instead of cold, which would have helped with vibrancy and locking in the color.
