Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Disappointing – Stay Away I had a terrible experience at this salon and feel completely taken advantage of. First, they charged us for a service we never asked for — it was never discussed or approved, yet it showed up on the bill. Then, they asked more than the price they originally told us, with no explanation. And to top it off, they had the nerve to ask for a tip after overcharging us and adding unauthorized services.
