Antoinette did a great job on styling and retwisting my locs . Very professional and nice . Had a comfortable shop that was welcoming and clean . High recommend .

The braider that I had Tiyah was very nice, we had good conversations and she did a good job for the most part. The reason I'm giving four stars is because she didn't do good with hiding the ends of my hair into the add hair (the ends of my hair is coming out of the braid already, I noticed it immediately once I got home from the appointment) also, the type of gel she used left a big white spot in the back (basically the left side of my head is white towards the bottom) I'll have to rinse it out. I have been coming here for years since I moved to Charlotte and there is no one else I trust with my hair more than Shauna!
