Awful coloring job. As soon as I left and saw my hair in the daylight I went back and told Kathy I wasn’t happy. She nonchalantly said my gray was too resistant and we’d try prestain next time. Happy with the cut but very very disappointed with the coloring job I had this done yesterday with Kathy and after I left went right back to tell her there was still gray hair and I hadn’t even seen my roots. I wanted to look my best because I’m traveling for work tomorrow and have to give an important presentation. I paid $234 plus $40 tip for the cut and coloring. I am so very disappointed.
