Loved my experience this evening! I was a very last minute walk in. No appointment made. Luckily the stylist Billy accommodated me. Although it was pricey $60, I am so happy I asked if I could be squeezed in. I had a prior appointment canceled on me and every other salon that advertised "walk ins were welcome" said no despite they were closing an hour later. Coming here was well worth it. If I could leave zero Stars I would. I called to cancel my appointment because I got ill and I didn't want to bring a sickness in and they wanted to charge me for it. When I called the manager you can barely understand anything anybody is saying cuz they hold the monitors so far away from their mouth and then when I get a call saying that nobody has any recollection of me calling and canceling my appointment and then I get randomly rescheduled for the same day. This place is a joke don't bother

cute place but terrible hair cut, i asked kate (the stylist) to give me face framing and i got choppy and thick curtain bangs, it looks horrendous, this is not what i asked for at all and i can’t even put my hair up to hide it because she cut it so short, living live in a beanie now😐
