I had a very disappointing experience at this barber shop. I arrived 15 minutes late for my son's haircut due to some personal issues . Instead of accommodating us, the barber simply told me she couldn't take us. It felt like she didn't care about our situation at all even though I told her that this appointment is needed because my son has a school picture next week . I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. It’s a shame because I was hoping for a better experience.
