I was deeply disappointed with my experience. I chose this salon because their Instagram page looked beautiful, and I really loved their style and the work they showcased. Unfortunately, the customer service was the complete opposite of what I expected. When I walked in to enquire about making an appointment for a simple haircut, neither of the two stylists seemed welcoming or interested in helping me. Melissa was fantastic!! I was visiting town for the weekend and needed a quick cut for a wedding. I got a fade and she was able to freshen up the lines shaved into my eyebrows and side of my head. She asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and super communicative. Highly recommend her and the salon. All the staff were friendly and even collaborative.
