Melissa was fantastic!! I was visiting town for the weekend and needed a quick cut for a wedding. I got a fade and she was able to freshen up the lines shaved into my eyebrows and side of my head. She asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and super communicative. Highly recommend her and the salon. All the staff were friendly and even collaborative. The salon changed my appointment without confirming with me and without reason. I ended up needing to cancel. It was my first time having to cancel due to illness. Tried to reschedule my appointment versus cancelling, didn’t get a call till 45 min past the scheduled appointment. They didn’t leave a voicemail and just charged full price for the appointment. Melissa did my hair perfectly, very nice salon, great music, personable staff!
Melody did a great job with my thick, curly hair. She paid attention to detail and gave me the best hair cut I’ve had in about 2 years! Juneau is lucky to have her.
