I cut my hair on my own and completely regretted it — but Katerina at Salon Capri came to my rescue! She gave me a full makeover with an amazing haircut and blow dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She also shared her expertise on how to properly maintain my color, which I truly appreciated. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
DO NOT GO HERE. I am so upset, I asked for a trim and dark brown hair. Mona took off 5 inches of hair and dyed it jet black. I have been dealing with hair loss so this is devastating. On top of it the haircut is incredibly uneven and choppy, she damaged my hair so badly that there is so much new breakage and she left dye all over my face and ears. Incredibly unprofessional and overall terrible at her job. She wasn’t paying attention the entire time and didn’t do a single thing I asked for.
Terrible salon. They don't fix their mistakes and they secretly charge you for add ons you didn't ask for. The "owners" are the least accommodating, this shop is a scam artist. Their "master" stylist charge more without telling you how much the service will be, even when you ask. They just lie. Save yourself.
