Went in asking for a long bob came out with a chin length! Its a mess. She had a difficult time knowing what to do with my thicker hair and just started chopping at it I have random 1 inch layers. I'm devastated. I asked once where she was cutting because it seemed very short and she reassured me that it was just a layer and it would be at my shoulders I was pretty excited to go to a nice place rather than a chain salon.. I hate to blast but maybe avoid Emily J. :/

The Hairstylists are so amazing. I have been doing my hair with Kristen Porter, she is incredible. Knows exactly what I want . My hair looks better than ever. The color is great and so is the whole service.
