Hello, My daughter has been getting her haircut at Salon Capelli since it opened. Today her regular hairstylist was out and we had another stylist cut bangs for her. There was no hair washing or styling and my daughter had not washed her hair on purpose because we knew we were going to get it done today. The cut was a 5 minute snip with her hair remaining limp around her face. I was charged 18 dollars. When we got home and washed her hair there was hardly any difference.
