Do not go here for foils/highlights with Joyce. She is a lovely woman but can not foil. My hair will take at least 2 years to grow out and be better. I am unsure ilif how she is a business owner. I think she has a nice family that helps her. I don’t want to diss an older woman but this isn’t okay.
The hair stylist did not understand what my sister wanted done. Her hair was left choppy and she had to stop the process halfway through. I did not even get my hair cut due to the terrible service. We were still charged despite the poor service and when asked for a refund we were not given one. Instead, the hairstylist was extremely rude and hung up the phone. Please do not go here!
