I went in for a manicure. He didn’t soak my nails, didn’t clean or cut, didn’t trim my cuticles. He removed old polish. Applied new polish, missed spots, aggressively filed very uneven. I asked for squoval shape or square oval, he couldn’t comprehend that. So I explained, how they are now, just cleaned up. After I used the dryer, he asked if I wanted to wash my hands. Went in, nobody was there. No workers or customers. Called out several times,no response. Actually called the salon while standing inside of it, no response. Waited @ 10 mins total, then left after nobody came to help me. As I was backing out of my parking spot a man came running out the door & said he would help me. I chose not to go back in. Not impressed with the customer service.

Nancy is rude , When I arrived to her shop she was walking out the door as i was sitting in my car she than got in her car , Pulled off than i got out of my car walked in and told her brother i was there to get my eyebrows done , so he called nancy back to let her know im there for my eye brows , She than had a attitude and even said a rude comment to me saying my eye brows looked back. I will never go back there ever again.
