I had an amazing experience at Salon Ann Ashoty! My hair was very tired and dry, but after getting the protein treatment with Ann, it became shiny, soft, and healthy again. I truly love the results. Ann and her team are so kind, professional, and welcoming. Their customer service is excellent, and they really take care of you. Very disappointing and upsetting experience today. I stopped by the salon after a long day at work, already very tired, just to ask about current offers while speaking quietly with my friend. Out of nowhere, the two staff members present became very aggressive, raising their voices and screaming at me. They accused me of talking about them, which was completely untrue—I was simply having a normal conversation with my friend. Their behavior was rude, hostile, and extremely unprofessional. I had such a great experience at Salon by Ann Ashotty! They did an amazing job threading both my eyebrows and my mom’s. The shape came out clean, even, and perfect. They are so nice, and the way they treat customers is truly amazing very kind, patient, and professional. My mom and I both loved our results. Highly recommend this place if you want perfect brows and excellent service! 💖
