It really seems like this place will rent to anyone; even those who are alleged to have been operating unscrupulously. There was a guy renting there named Albert G. Fernandez who told me in a recorded conversation that he had refunded several tattoos, alluding to the fact that it's because clients told him they felt disfigured by the bad tattoo work he had performed.
