Cali is absolutely amazing at what she does! She is so thorough and is really great about explaining what is happening with your scalp health and how to prevent issues in the future. I had a cleansing treatment done and it was amazing to see and feel the difference that just one treatment made on my hair roots (you're able to see the microscope images with Cali which I found super interesting). Cali is the absolute best in the business! She has SO much knowledge about hair/scalp health and she presents it in a way that is accessible and not intimidating. She gave me various options for ways to improve my scalp health so that I could consider what was best for my lifestyle and budget without any judgement. Cali is just simply amazing! I went to get some color on my scalp where my hair was receding and I was blown away by the results. I expected it to hurt a little but Cali constantly checked in with me to make sure I’m not in pain, and thanks to her outstanding skills and caring personality we never went too far on pain level so much so that I’d say it didn’t even hurt at all. I went for 2 treatments and that’s what I’d recommend. Cali is very knowledgeable, personable and caring. I’m glad I chose her for this treatment!
