I wrote this review on Fresha, their online booking agent and it was never posted. So I can only assume that they are somehow holding reviews back over there to make things look better. This is hard to write, but I am mortified about my hair. It's nothing like the picture that I showed - a full 2 inches shorter than what I asked for. As my very first time going to this salon im very unhappy with the experience coming in from another state on a visit for the holidays I had wished to get the look and experience I wanted which was a balalage with more blond hair all I got was very little blond on one side of my hair mostly. All at the ends of my hair it turned out white at my ends and barely at all noticeable at all I was under a heat lamp a hour and a half with no improvement I mentioned for the idea that enough toner may do some good. I'm new to the area after having the same stylist for 25+ years so I wasn't sure what to expect. Kelly and the crew at Salon Bloom were so welcoming. I'm really happy with my hair color and style. I'm not the expert so appreciate just going and not worrying about it! If you're looking for somewhere - go here.
