Make sure you make an appointment, even though they advertise "walk-ins are welcome" online and on their door... they are not welcome. I wish they had just said they were all booked. The manicurist didn't say a word to me until she was 75% done. Didn't say thank you when the service ended or try to make sure I was comfortable during. It was awkward and then she made sure I knew they don't take walk-ins at the end.
