This review is specifically for Lew Saechao. I've been doing fantasy colors and as such need to bleach the s*@#t out to my level 1 hair to level 9+. Most of the other stylists that I've gone to before have left banding which resulted in meh coloring results or over-processed my hair resulting in some damage.
