Update: Jake reached out and was able to schedule another appointment. We made some tweaks to the process and the perm seemed to hold up better. I am disappointed in the overall service. I was so grateful when Jake offered to come in the Friday after Thanksgiving to do a perm. I was wanting to try the Curl Cult perm as I was seeing a lot of good reviews about it.
