I am so pleased with how Rachel has been cutting my hair these past few months. I love short/pixie styles and she is a magician! Not only is she a great listener as to what I am wanting, but she is she very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with me talking through the "whys", "hows" and "whens" and explains these processes in terms a non-stylist can understand. I would refer her a 100x over!

This is one of the best salons in Yakima, female owned and managed and they genuinely care about customer service. No matter who is at the front desk I have always been greeted with a smile and service promptly. I’ve been going to Audre for a little over a year now and I drive 2+ hours to see her and be in her cute, calm and cozy salon. I love how collaborative my experience with Dorothy was. She doesn't just take chances, she consulted with me every step of the way and I really appreciate how she looked out for the length she was cutting as I got rid of a good bit. She's super intuitive and it turned out so well. I'm moving out of state but would go back to her every time in a heartbeat! Very kind and professional, this is a great location. The owner, Audrey, is quite knowledgeable and runs a wonderful establishment.
