I’ve been coming to Lulu for a couple of years now for haircuts and color services. I’ve done a reddish brown and chocolate brown different times. Definitely happy with her magic hands. She’s truly good at her craft. I would say if you’re trying to get a color service, be very particular with the vision you have (look at the book and pick your color) and she will deliver. Very impressed by the service and professionalism of Reyna. She cut my aunts hair, she was kind, asked her and I questions throughout the cut ensuring we were happy with the results. My tia LOVED her hair she felt like a million bucks when we left. Great service we'll definitely be back. Thank you Reyna

I scheduled a wash and style with Lulu for 12pm and she text me 30 min before 11am and asked if I can come at 11am. Since I live close by I agreed. The whole process only took 25 min: wash, blow dry and style. The wash was very quick, only washed once and did a quick condition on my ends. The blow drying and styling felt rushed. I appreciate efficiency but when quality is compromised, that’s when it’s an issue. I left feeling pretty unsatisfied and with some of my hair still wet and not styled.
