Staff was pretentious and extremely opinionated as well as stoical I don’t like the atmosphere here at all would not return.

This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. I did my Keratin treatment here with Anna Maria and I dint like her service at all. She said it might last for 4-5 months, I expected at least 3 months but to my surprise it dint even last for my first wash. I lost all the smoothing like I never did any keratin treatment. And got all the curls back. I purchased Groupon coupon but still she charged me extra $70. Very cozy and tastefully arranged little salon. Most importantly- Anna Maria does an outstanding job. I am not local to Salem NH but worth a drive!
