I was a regular customer until my stylist left. Told me they were not taking new clients in which I was not . Now they r taking new clients. I left a message for a stylist a few times & no one has responded. Not a great way to treat a returning customer. Over the years when I was a client I was happy w my haircuts . So 1 star for ignoring a customer after multiple attempts to call & schedule. Very odd

Leah did my hair color for quite a few months. I'd continued seeing her in spite of her canceling on me twice--once not even showing up for one of my appointments. Cancelations are costly for me as I need to hire a caregiver for my disabled husband whenever I leave home. Though, the worst situation was recently when I'd just been diagnosed with a very rare, deadly breast cancer. I scheduled an appointment for a cut and all over color a month ahead of time. The day I showed up for my appointment I was told the hair stylist had gone on Christmas vacation. I explained that I was confused since I had text messages confirming this day and time for our appointment.
