It won’t let me respond to the Salon’s message. I was there Aug 14 at 3:30. The salon smelled very strongly of ammonia (which probably should have triggered me to leave, but I felt bad). I asked for a medium length cut with layers, and Ying cut my hair far too short with no layers whatsoever. I have very thick hair and going that short makes it very pouffy and unmanageable. Now I have to try to grow it out a bit and find somewhere else to try to fix it. Thought this would have been a safe bet because it’s an aveda salon, but... read more
