Our first encounter was sometime in late 2025. My mom's hair began falling from chemotherapy & she decided to shave her head. Since we live close by, we popped in & was taken on the spot. The barber was very welcoming & the 2 hairdressers were encouraging as my mom got emotional. The even brought out the divider to shield my mom for comfort. Unfortunetly I have to change the 5 star rating to 1 star. Last 3 times ive tried to come to this place the following has happened: 1. First time I called and the lady who works there tells me they have room. I show up 5 minutes later only to be told they are locking up an leaving / no apology. 2nd time, I showed up at 5 p.m. since they list their operating hours until 6 p.m. and was told those are "summer hours" and in winter (which was March) they close at 5:00....OK.... 3rd and last time trying this place was today.
