I ordered a Black Friday deal. My order arrived today, BUT it is missing part of my order. I called the first time and I got a voicemail, hung up and called back and someone answered couldn’t really understand him, and all of a sudden a new person was on the phone. He looked at my order, and without me saying anything he knew what was missing, but told me to email with pictures showing it was missing. I bought PROADDICTION Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner and I am not satisfied. When I compare the product from this store and from the original PROADDICTION websites: the smell is very different (specifically shampoo stinks like someone threw up inside of that bottle) and it's not even working as well. I would not recommend to buy this product from this store.

Driver of one of your vans almost ran me off the road and then flipped me off…. Don’t know anything about your company but how the drivers operate your vehicles is part of doing your business. You should provide defensive driving lessons to them.
