I had Claire cut my hair. I originally had my hair cut with someone else but it wasn't what I originally wanted. Claire listened and looked at my reference photos of what I originally wanted. I was blown away on how she fixed my hair to what I was looking for. She did an amazing job and taught me how to do my hair to and dry. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you for fixing my hair Claire! :)

Claire is a great stylist with a good sense of style. She's the kind of person that you can go to with a vague idea and an open mind, and she'll make you look great. The salon is also a very nice environment. The complementary green tea, hair wash, and scalp massage are super relaxing. It's my go to place to get a haircut in the Chicagoland area.

They use cheap products. Got my hair cut & colored by Noah, and I was excited at first. But when I washed my hair, I realized that my hair was fried from their cheap hair dye. I also called ahead to ask about pricing for women’s hair coloring and was quoted $100 for my hair length (slightly past the shoulders) by a lady. On the day of the appointment, I was told that it was $140 instead. Either I was overcharged, or their communication is just poor.
