I had been going here for two years when I recently came in for root touch up (for grey). I usually get a color root touch up and cut/blow dry. I noticed that when the stylist was putting the color on it was purple. I voiced my concern but she did not listen and said it was fine. After processing, my roots and scalp were purple. The stylist was not apologetic and said not to get upset as she would fix it. I guess it’s ok as long as she can correct? Brittany is an expert in blonde highlights! She gave me literally the best I’ve had in my life. Awesome cut too. She took her time and was very sweet. I definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
