Ruined my hair
I'm not a very picky person but I was not at all happy with the haircut I received at Ulta. My stylist was nice but the cut wasn't. While I was there I thought it was fine, she curled it and it looked good. Then a few days later I straightened my hair and I noticed the AWFUL layers! They are uneven and misplaced making me unable to wear my hair straight. I'm having to get my hair fixed at another salon and I won't be going back to ulta.
