Booked a hair appointment on 8-18 with El. I told her I wanted Blonde highlights. I showed her a few pic that I liked. She said yeah, that will look good. Everything was going good . When she rinsed my hair and put on the toner. She came back to rinse my hair. I asked how it looked. She said it lookd good. Got back to the chair, she took the towel off and I knew it wasn't right. I came in for a shade match for an online exclusive and when I couldn’t find any assistance in store to find a shade match I began to walk out of the store. I was stopped at the door by the cashier who wanted to help, but couldn’t leave the register so she called for another worker who took 5 minutes to assist me. When I mentioned I wanted to find a medium coverage foundation to use the “find my shade” feature on the site to best match for the foundation I wanted, the worker flat out refused.
