Pleasant and clean. Friendly. Cut with Loan based on referrral and online reviews good. Perhaps the technical aspects of the cut were good and you may have a good experience. However, I went in with collarbone length hair, explained it was recently cut, I didn’t want to lose length but needed some long layers added to my wavy hair to remove the triangle bulk effect from last cut which left hair mostly one length.
