I went there for a trim and bangs. She asked if I wanted layers I said sure. And she really put a million layers. I can't even wear my hair up in a ponytail even though I SPECIFICALLY said I needed to because of work. My husband said she cut my hair like I'm 50. I am hysterical crying in the parking lot for a half hour. If you are under 40 do not even think to go. I took the chance and will be crying for the next year about it.
