I was a regular customer until I had an unfortunate incident that the owner handled poorly. The person that cuts my hair was a no show for a 4pm appointment. This was not first thing in the morning - despite a no show all day, no one bothered to let me know until I showed up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We came in with an appointment for my 10 yr. old daughter to get a haircut. Not only they started our service 10 min. after our appmnt. time, but also got advised that the $45 charge that was previously agreed upon was now going to be $75. After starting with a hair wash, another customer came in (15 min. earlier than his set appointment time) having us wait at the washing station for another 20 minutes.
