First off, new customers, beware. Unfortunately I had one of the worst experiences w my hair in all my years of coloring. It was bad enough (see pics) that I ended up asking if she would reimburse me (and of course keep the tip for her time) but she refused and said she'd fix it. I don't want it fixed by her. So today I had my hair done here. The woman was very nice and I liked her as a person. However, I went in to get a balayage blonde and black . My expectation we not high I know it will take a while to get there but I left with darker hair than I went in with and when I went in the sun I got comments from everyone I have seen today what is green in your hair.
