Very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in expecting basic professionalism and care, but they couldn’t even properly detangle my hair. Instead of handling it calmly, they created an uncomfortable scene and made it seem like managing curly hair was some impossible task. Curly hair is not unusual, and a salon should have the skills and patience to deal with different hair types. The lack of expertise and the way the situation was handled was quite unprofessional. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for

I had a haircut on Wednesday with Dani and she was absolutely amazing I appreciate her listening and attention to detail. She also really helped me understand how to style my hair at home! Thank you for the wonderful experience keep up the amazing work Dani.

My hair was done ok, but my daughter and granddaughter were done, not that good because employees don't know how to cut and style the hair. I think they don't have much experience. When we got home, I had to re style my granddaughter and my daughter hair . I paid too much money and I think it is not worth it for the job was done . I would not come back to this Ami Salon again. I don't like the service they provide to my family .
