Barbie did an amazing trim on my beard. I am extremely particular and she made sure I was comfortable and at ease. She was very precise and particular as well, asking me questions about how I want/like my beard to look. Chelsea is amazing! My old hair stylist moved and I was was worried I'd have to go on the hunt for a new stylist who could cut curly hair. The salon recommended Chelsea and I asked them to please share some notes about what my hair is like and the shape I like. My hair is easy and that it doesn't need to be cut while it's dry so I don't mind not doing a dry cut for my hair. They confirm that she was confident she could cut my hair as desired. Very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in expecting basic professionalism and care, but they couldn’t even properly detangle my hair. Instead of handling it calmly, they created an uncomfortable scene and made it seem like managing curly hair was some impossible task. Curly hair is not unusual, and a salon should have the skills and patience to deal with different hair types. The lack of expertise and the way the situation was handled was quite unprofessional. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for
