I paid big money for being treated unprofessionally. I came early and waited for an appointment with Michelle. When my time was up the receptionist told me that I can go to the chair only to find Michelle seating in the chair, having her hair done by another girl and asking me to seat down on the couch next to the chair and wait when she was finished!!!
