Kim the stylist pulled my hair the entire time and had cigarette breath. She didn’t even part my hair first before cutting it. I normally part it on my right side and she didn’t take this into consideration which resulted in one half being longer than the other side (she fixed it). Also was not offered a beverage or complimentary mini-facial that everyone raves about. I found out yesterday that I had to travel for a meeting that is usually held remote. Rash I got me in in a Saturday and was so pleasant. Her and her staff are such a great resource for our town in Lovettsville.
Rashmi is a true professional. She takes the time to understand what I’m looking for and consistently delivers results that exceed my expectations. The salon experience is always clean, welcoming, and comfortable. If you’re looking for someone skilled, reliable, and genuinely talented, she is the stylist to see. The photo I’m sharing for this review is from my sister in law’s wedding. The entire bridal party had their hair and make up done at their Purcellville location. Highly recommended!!
