I forgot to post my review from my experience last year so here it is. I called about a week and a half in advance to book a child's haircut. During that time they only had one receptionist. I made sure to confirm the date and time for the appointment. The receptionist confirmed the information. I showed up for my appointment early and they had no record of it.
