I had an AWFUL experience at this salon, I’m still in shock of what happened to me! I don’t want to share the entire story, I don’t feel it’s necessary. However, I feel individuals need to know part of my story, perhaps I will save someone from having the same experience. My stylist ordered extensions for me, I gave her 625.00. Then, she decided not to put in, kept my money and gave me the hair. Suzy and staff are the best! She has been doing my hair for about 8 years now and I don’t trust anyone else. She has created the chillest and coolest vibe. The shampoo room is so relaxing. And I think her prices are very reasonable.
I love Salon Alchemy! I was looking for beautiful color with dimension, but also wanting extensions and a style that I could easily replicate. (I know, alot!) Suzy checked all those boxes and then some! I loved my total experience in the salon with the whole team! I went to Salon Alchemy today for the Head Spa Detox Treatment. It was so relaxing and the treatment room had a great atmosphere. The detox treatment felt refreshing and left my hair soft with my scalp feeling so clean. Give this shop and treatment a try. They were great to work with and will treat you right.
