Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The stylist (Ambur) picked the inspiration photo herself and still botched the color—multiple times. I was there for 3 hours, and she still wanted to keep trying, but my scalp hurt so badly I had to leave. I was in pain for 24 hours and needed Tylenol. I emailed the owner privately before posting this and received not just incredibly rude replies, but a personal attack. Ambur was nice, but the result left me in tears and actual pain. Love this place. Got a cut and foil here for the first time yesterday and am very happy. Ambur is great. Extremely flexible and definitely knows what she is doing. Very talented with blond hair. She is super quick and efficient as well. The owner is super sweet and friendly. He made a point to come say hello and introduce himself . He remembered having a brief conversation on the phone with me weeks before. I found that really nice considering they are clearly a busy salon with a lot of clientele.
